The value of commitment is at the heart of our practice.
As lawyers, we are very much concerned over acting for the common good by voluntarily dedicating some of our time and energy to causes that uplift us, to people who move us, and to structures which defend and share the same values as we do.
Whether their commitment goes to providing legal consultations, to lead field survey missions, or to provide defense before foreign jurisdictions, our lawyers are committed to defending human rights and rights of minorities.
In this framework, we also represent human rights defenders in the litigations they seek to bring before international and regional legal institutions, such as the African Court of Human and People’s rights in Arusha, or the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica.
Our practice defends and brings legal advice to NGOs among which French associations such as the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), or the association Survie; as well as foreign associations such as Amel (Lebanon), the AMDH (Morocco), the BCHR (Bahrein), Front line defenders (Ireland), and others.
